Greyhound Pub Development

I wonder how this project will end up. I've seen some of the plans way back but I'm sure they've changed, for one reason or another. We'll just have to wait and see how it pans out. It's exciting though. Cobbs Corner is not pretty and I hope this development will improve it a lot.
